Though just a hobby, this site will explore my trials and tribulations with a digital camera. From time to time I may invite another photographer to share their experiences, expertise or just random shots.

Queen Califia’s Magical Circle
Multiple trips to Queen Califia’s Magical Circle have given me a great opporunity to explore color and variety. Located in Escondido, CA (San Diego County) this “garden” is the only American sculpture garden by acclaimed artist Niki de Saint Phalle, which explores California’s mythic, historic and cultural roots.
We enjoy this spot immensely (aside from the random soccer balls pelting the walls by ignorant visitors). I hope you enjoy these pieces of the circle.

Cabrillo Monument
Recent trip to the Cabrillo monument in San Diego, CA. It was a project for my daughter’s GATE class so we decided to visit.
After the monument and lighthouse we headed down to the tidepools below.
Shabu Shabu – Santa Ana, CA
Orange County Restaurant shoot for marketing materials and web work. Shabu Shabu had us take these photos before the Grand Opening.
